Vegamelts is a wellness startup launching its e-commerce presence. The goal was to build a structured Shopify store and expand visibility through bol.com, combining organic growth with marketplace performance.
Establish a strong SEO foundation on Shopify while launching and scaling bol.com sales through optimized listings and paid advertising.
Co-led the project alongside WU CARES, with shared responsibility for strategy and delivery. I owned SEO strategy and website structuring on Shopify, independently set up and managed all bol.com campaigns, and coordinated Alphonsus as development support to ensure technical execution met SEO requirements.
