Vareya is a fulfillment center supporting e-commerce brands. The focus of this project was to improve Google Ads performance by identifying inefficiencies and providing data-driven recommendations to improve targeting, budget allocation, and campaign direction.
Increase high-intent B2B inquiries and improve return on ad spend through structured optimization and data-driven decision-making.
As part of the marketing team, I was responsible for performance analysis and strategic recommendations. I audited the existing Google Ads account, built reports to surface inefficiencies, and translated data insights into actionable advice for campaign improvement.
